100ml Mixer

A premium small-batch syrup brewed by hand in Portland with seasonally-selected whole ingredients and natural sweeteners. Portland Syrups feature 40% less sugar than a typical mixer, yet are carefully formulated to have stronger flavor per serving. Each bottle is 3.4 oz and contains 3-5 servings.

• Spicy Ginger: A citrus forward syrup with a tropical twist. This syrup has a delicate blend of passionfruit, key lime, and blood orange, making it the perfect refreshing syrup to add to your favorite soda water and liquors alike. This syrup will add a bright sweetness to just about any mocktail or cocktail, whether you're working with vodka, gin, bourbon, or tequila. Adding a splash will add some sunshine to your afternoon sparkling water.
  Ingredients: water, cane sugar, passion fruit puree, key lime puree, blood orange puree, citric acid.
  
• Mango Habanero: Bursting with the sweet heat, this flavor is rounded out with notes of lemon-lime and bergamot orange. It is delicious added to sparkling water or your favorite herbal tea as well as the base of your vodka, gin, or mezcal cocktails.
  Ingredients: water, mango puree, fresh habaneros, cane sugar, organic mango extract, organic habanero extract, organic bergamot lemon-lime extract, citric acid
• Marionberry: A pairing of sweet marionberry with tart and punchy blackberry creating a dynamic, fruity flavor. Water infused with basil and lemongrass lend an herbaceous quality to the syrup, rounding it out to be the the bright and bold flavor that completes your favorite sparkling water.
  Ingredients: water (infused with organic basil and lemongrass), cane sugar, marionberry puree, blackberry puree, citric acid.
  
• Grapefruit Tonic: The Grapefruit Tonic works both as a mocktail or in a Gin & Tonic.  This layered flavor starts with a bite of fresh grapefruit and is rounded out with both Elderflower and the bitterness of quinine.  We added just enough bitter to give the finished drink a nice balance, but not too much where it makes you pucker.
  Ingredients: Water, Grapefruit Pureé, Organic Cane Sugar, Lemon Pureé, Elderflower, Grapefruit Peel, Citric Acid.

We combine pure pomegranate pureé with locally sourced cherries to level up the classic flavor profile on this bar cart staple. Mix up a Cherry Bomb Soda or try a Pom-Cherry Vodkatini. Tart yet sweet, this syrup is our go-to for mixing up delicious drinks. Use to flavor cocktails as you would a simple syrup, or flavoring syrup such as grenadine.
