Chili oil is a blend of dried Mexican chilies, sea salt, garlic, and sesame seeds toasted in peanut oil. This is the secret cooking ingredient to make all things delicious. Try it on roasted vegetables, in soups, noodles, on avocado toast, pizza, eggs, or anything else that you like to eat! This chili oil is mild, gluten free, vegan, and non-gmo.

Hot Mama Salsa

Nikki Guerrero grew up in the desert Southwest of Arizona. Spending time with family, cooking, and travel were Guerrero family tenants. In 2008 she decided to blend her love of cooking, nutrition education, and Mexican culture and opened Hot Mama Salsa in an effort to bring the flavors of home to her Portland community. Her work is fueled by the desire to honor her Latina roots and bring happiness to her community through making good food.
