Durant
The Durant family's history here in the Willamette Valley, now spanning 5 generations, began with English walnuts, hazelnuts, Italian prunes, and cherries. In honor of Durant's trailblazing spirit, they planted olives in 2004, establishing one of the few olive orchards in Oregon. With the first, and to date only, commercial olive mill in Oregon, the family business is able to handcraft signature Durant Olive Mill olive oils with their own distinctive Pacific Northwest aromas and flavors.

Alchemist's Jam
Alchemist’s Jam is an artisanal jam company in the Willamette Valley that uses local fruit and herbs to create a variety of delicious and beautiful jams for toasts, charcuterie boards and more. Owners Danny and Jennifer are focused on staying small, local, and human-paced, enjoying the process of combining healing herbs with berries and fruit to make jam in much the same way that an alchemist works. All of their jams are created in small batches with traditional copper pots and are hand-poured.

HAB Sauces are all award-winning, vegan, and immensely flavorful -- and each label is thoughtfully designed by a graffiti artist.

Founded in 2011, Jacobsen Salt Co. is the first company to harvest salt in the Pacific Northwest since the 1800s. Harvested from the cold, pristine waters of Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast, its pure flake and kosher sea salts are a reflection of this place and an attentive, 2.5-week-long salt-making process.
