Turmeric Popcorn Seasoning

A recipe born in collaboration with Diaspora Co., Jacobsen's turmeric popcorn seasoning starts with pure sea salt harvested from traditional salt ponds in Trapani, Italy. They then add Diaspora’s heirloom, single origin turmeric and a healthy dose of nutritional yeast for umami and a bright, earthy flavor. Movie nights will never be the same.

Ingredients: sea salt, nutritional yeast, turmeric

Directions: Sprinkle on dry or buttered popcorn to taste. We highly recommend using ghee for its nutty, full flavor. Shake well so popcorn is evenly coated and golden all over. Add a crack or two of black pepper for extra kick.
